The peculiarity of this variegated wafer is that the wafers do not soften even if they "drenched" in ice cream but They remain crisp and tasty as just made. Ideal also to prepare semifreddi, cakes and stuffing crèpes... and to make it very delicious even more greedy you can add whole hazelnuts to taste.
